I'm a little late in posting this but I've been pretty busy with stuff. I love Thanksgiving. It's a great time for friends and family to see each other. It's a great time for old, wannabe athletes to play in a turkey bowl. It's a great chance for me to try out new recipes since I have an extended long weekend. But best of all, it's the start of holiday season. Xmas and New Years is just a month or so away.

I’d say around 15 years ago, me and Ugongo found Robin’s completely randomly.  I think we went to go catch a movie at the Pacific in Hastings Ranch and we had to wait 2 hours for the next show.  Remember, this was before mass adoption of the Internet and mobile devices.  So we spotted this little BBQ joint next door.  We’ve loved it ever since.

For once in a really long time all of our schedules worked out. Meaning, I was free, my wife was free, Buddy was free and my good friend John and his kids were free. The only person busy was John's wife Nancy who was out in the east coast because of business.

I love to go fishing. It's a very peaceful, relaxing way to spend a day. Additionally, it's a way to appreciate nature and a way for me to bond with the ocean, which is important to me. So my brother and his friend Jeff scheduled a charter out of Oxnard. Maybe because of the economy there was almost nobody on the boat. 13 paying customers for a boat that holds 40.
