I had half a day to kill so I drove my rental out to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Why you ask? No real reason except for the fact that I had never been there before and I had a craving for cheese. I wanted to understand what all the hype was about. I love cheese but by no stretch am a cheese connoisseur. I just like it when it gets all melted and gooey in my sandwich.
